I thought Legacy players got Early Access to the game. But when I log in is tells me I have to register an Early Access Code through the Mog Station in order to play. I'm assuming an E-Mail with this code was supposed to have been sent to me, but I have not received anything yet.
Am I doing something wrong? or how am I supposed to find my Early Access Code?
I'm confused.
Are you trying to log in via PC or PS3? If PS3, that's the issue, as Legacy Status grants EA PC Only I believe.

Sorry, don't know then. Wish I could help. Maybe get a Dev/Mod to give an answer? Bayhone, anyone?
Are you 100% sure that you're a legacy account, and not just a 1.0 account?

I am getting the same issue, first it was a region issue, now it is just telling me to register through mog station even though my pre order code was accepted.
I'm having the same problem you are. I'm a legacy player. When I went into my square enix account today, there are no characters there. I'm also getting the same error , no valid or active service account. I had active version 1 service for over 6 months.
I've played my legacy characters throughout all the beta phases. Now my characters are all missing. No, I do not have that legacy icon on my account pages but I checked the dates and I had ver1 subscription for more than 90 days.
I'm on PC, I've checked my email account in all the boxes, inbox spam etc and no access email.
