Controller Delay
There seems to be a delay in the Gamepad input on the PC. Sometimes input will not be registered other times input you've stopped doing continues.
Has anyone else experienced these:
- The control stick has been let go but the character (or camera) keeps moving in the same direction for a few seconds.
- Buttons will register a second later or not at all.
- Holding the directional pad to scroll works. Sometimes, however, once released, it keeps scrolling for a second or two.
I ask this because it is particularly strange that it did not occur during Beta Phase 4 with the same controllers (plural). Tried it again with the same three controllers however all of them seem to experience this "lag", if you may call it that, randomly and sporadically a few times in the course of a minute. I tried updating my PC drivers to no avail. I did try other games but they don't seem to be affected. Of course this is just a limited observation.
Is it just my computer specifically or has anyone else encountered this?

Are you using a wireless controller? I'm running a standard 360 wired controller and I don't experience any of these issues.

I'm using a wireless 360 controller and it works fine. One thing I did have to do was turn down the analog stick sensitivity. At the default setting I had to move the stick almost halfway along the axis before it began to register. Once I turned it down from 50 to 30 it worked great.

Using a wireless Logitech F710 like the one Yoshi-P used in a commentary video. I made sure that there were no other wireless devices near but sometimes it would do this. But my other wired 360 Controller also exhibits the same problems so it must be something with my machine in particular then. I swear nothing has changed since beta 4. But unlike then, these issue pop up.
