a bit confused.......please help?

My Legacy Char I been playing on PC betas fine, I was told by SE that I could use my char on PS3 as well as PC, so I got my early access code for PS3 and downloaded to PS3....now the problem....

I cannot play my PC game anymore, I can login on PC but I get (mostly) Unable to update char list NA/EU after logging in on PC...on 2 times I have got my char and screen loading and server connection was lost. This is since I got a PS3 version.

I can login on PS3 and play with my char easy...no problem, but on PC I can login but it will not update or list my char (mostly) or loading does sometime occur to server but connection lost.. whereas the PS3 is fine. I got PS3 for the times I feel like a couch potato, I love the PC and was led to believe I could play both PC/PS3 with same SE account and char no problem, but it appears I have lost my PC char now?

What is the deal now?

I am very confused.
