Character Appearance Change of Your Version 1.0 Characters

I've already submitted my ticket a bit ago about this issue from phase 4 of beta, but haven't heard anything back from the statement that was made in this post.

I had some issues with trying to rename my character and couldn't seem to be able to do so. I settled for another name and appearance since the benchmark data also didn't seem to carry over to 1.0 characters re-customization when P4 kicked up.

Just wondering at the moment if this has been addressed already since then, or it's just planned at some point in the near future.
