How to cancel a pre-order

How can i cancel my FFXIV Pre order?

This is getting really annoying, I can't figure out how to cancel my order

Where'd you purchase it? They're the ones who handle cancels/refunds. If they can't handle it I think I read that square enix will refund you the cost only if the product key has not been used somewhere.

I did it on SE store, all I want to do, is cancel this one and then buy another one, I bought the PC version and they gave me a PS3 code and I haven't heard a single word about this issue so I am not going to wait anymore.

if you use the findmyorder link there should be a cancel button right on your order. I had to cancel and re-do my preorder yesterday to get a proper code.

i know u canceled it, but do u still have the code? canceling doesnt matter apparently casue a bunch of people are playing on canceled orders
