Stuck in instance/dungeon Error 90000/error 10102

Going to try and follow the format but start off just describing the issue. Before I was on the quest to kill Ifrit in the Bowl of Embers. Got duty finder to work and put us in a group. Commenced and all, then on loading screen it kicked me. So now it states that my character is still in the Bowl of Embers and I cannot login at all. I have tried over 12 times now and am still trying to be patient. Stuck in a loop of trying to login. The errors are 90000 and error 10102 and they alternate as to which I get.

Same problem, was just moving between Old/New Gridania got 90000'd to the 10102'd now it's just a ton of 10102's when logging back in.

Same happened to me Tam-tara dungeon, around 5-6pm EST, World Coeurl, Name ShiroHaato,

That's quite funny, even more so is I live in the UK, how come I get excellent status for JP servers, but only good for eu/us servers, mind boggling.
I don't suffer from lag however and most of my beta testing was in JP servers.
