Chat Window Migration (PS3)

I don't know if this has been addressed in another thread, but there's no way I can search through all 80+ pages in the bug section without crashing right now. My chat window has been crawling a little farther from one side of my screen to the other every time I logged in throughout phase 4. I thought it would be fixed after but now it's partially off screen. There doesn't seem to be an option to move it in the HUD layout menu.

use your mouse, you can use a mouse in the PS3 version to move the UI elements

I've tried posting this reply 3 times now.
The PS3 Log/Chat window is currently in the bottom right corner with most of the options obscured and off of the screen. There is NO option in the HUD customization menu. And using a mouse DOES NOT work for repositioning the window.
