Upgrade to CE from normal

I got sent 2 codes for pre access and beta and registered them both to my SQENIX account, believing one was for making the account and one was for the bonus items. This created 2 accounts on the master login account. If i was to add a further CE code would this upgrade one account or create a 3rd account on the master login. Any help appreciated don't want to spend time re-rolling characters or wasting the code if i can give it away to ex mmo player friends want to try FFXIV.
