Password incorrect

I don't know if this has happened to anyone before, but a quick heads up:
My password randomly "changed." I double and triple-checked caps lock and other various things that could have gotten in the way, but found nothing out of the ordinary.

That being said, I reset my password using my e-mail, but I currently can't log back in to check it due to the "Because password entry has failed multiple times, you will not be able to log in for several minutes." I'll update this once I see if I can get in.

My primary concern is why this happened in the first place- is my account compromised, or has anyone else had a similar problem?

I got the same problem today, my password inexplicably stopped working (I'm sure that I'm typing the correct password). Also, when I try to change it for a new one I get an error and the one-time password field becomes red.

Now I can't change my password and can't log "Because password entry has failed multiple times, you will not be able to log in for several minutes".

I don't know if is a one-time password problem or what the hell is happening here..
