Error 2

So I have tried to use my code for early access but every time I try it keeps giving me error code 2: the code has already been used. but it hasnt.... I cant get into early access because my accound isnt set up for it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is having this problem but I cannot find anything on it on the forums. can anyone help?

same problem here... contacted them 08/22.... nothing until now... best case scenario, they will solve it monday, but the early access will be almost over.

i espect some kind of compensation on that.. im pretty pissed with that situation, at least in blizzard, the support is really good... all my problems was solved in hours...
