Nothing Happens when I talk to Painted Mesa

Nothing happens when I talk to Painted Mesa on the "Into a Copper Hell" quest, after beating Copperbell mines. I click Accept after the game warns me about the level Sinc and then I can't do anythin else. My character stands still an all I can do is move the camera slightly.
