If you are still online try sending your girlfriends character a tell(if the character is still shown as online). Some friends of mine solved the issue that way.
I sent her a bunch of tells. Doesn't seem to be doing anything. Its been close to an hour now...

Yeah, I just got nailed with 3102 as well. *sigh* I hope this isn't a repeat of phase 4. I was in the process of creating my little minion that manages my inventory, when I got slapped with Error 90000, then when I tried to log back in, I got 3102. Been stuck for about 30 minutes now.
