Unable to complete instance battles whil duty finder is in use

This morning around 5:30am CST, I was doing the level 15 conjurer class quest. It was in the Central Shroud when you meet the archers to help them against the animals that are attacking them. I walk into the area and an error popped up saying"Cannot participate in instance battle while Duty Finder is open." I don't even know how to use duty finder, and I know I didn't use it because I was just following story and class quests. Server Leviathan.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to
