For 2 days now I have been trying to get a 20 digit Windows code for early access as I never received it. I can't re-input my 18 digit Early Access code as I get error 2 code already redeemed.
The issue was addressed for NA players, but nothing has been done to assist EU players caught with the same issue.
Can I have my Windows EA code please!!!!!!!
How hard is it to send a damn code......seriously.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered and that is saying something.
Is it too hard to send Windows codes for EU?

I bought the game weeks ago from the SE Shop and I haven't received any code yet, so I can imagine how you feel :(

Still waiting for that 20 digit windows code.......
It's really hard to see my partner and my son play with no issue, while I sit here totally ignored by Square Enix and it was THEIR mistake.
Between the 3 of us we spent well over $300AUD to get Collectors Editions with Early Access
Sadly it looks like there will be no windows code for me, and no early access. Doesn't even look like Square Enix is going to acknowledge that some EU accounts had the same issue as the one they fixed for the NA accounts.
That I am beyond angry and very disillusioned is an understatement. -

When I pre-ordered my copy back in Jul, I thought that mine had. There was a swift confirmation email (without any codes) announcing that I was all set to go. But for whatever reason, the code never came. It wasn't until two days ago that I discovered this error and ended up canceling my first order. I pre-ordered again and my codes were sent immediately. If nothing else, this is worth a try. I hope that this helps or you find some aid soon.Quote:

I got my code, but SE didnt give it to me on their own. I got that email, that told me "yay thank you for purchasing we will get back to you when the early access starts"... but thats it... I got my code from amazon and i had to find the site to enter it on my own cause SE never sent me any further informations. I wasnt sure if i really should put the code into that formular since i never got that link from SE... Guess i was lucky it worked :(
But well... as much as i do understand you... you wanna play the game with your family... it is very frustrating with all these bugs and crashes.... yet again another failed start of this game :(
