IDC if there are already thread regarding this problem. The servers were taken down to solver this issue, all that time spent for nothing. Cannot progress main storyline because it requires me to do a solo instance for a damn quest. FIX IT.

Yes, they should "solver" the issue...whatever that means...
You didn't seriously think the issue would be fixed after only one maintenance did you? Expect this to happen on launch day.
Vanguard, the only problem with the logic there is this isn't a new issue. This issue was reported back in Beta 2 - and is *still* happening :-(
