Apparently bad at server hero.

So since 17th Aug I have yet to be able to create a character with my friends/guild. I have been sitting here staring at character creation hoping not to miss the server unlock listening to everyone soar ahead and hope that I might be able to play. sure I could make a character on another server and play by myself but seriously no, my friends are the only reason I'm going to play another mmo. Can we get tickets or something like FFXI so they can get me on the server? I spent a good portion last weekend trying to get my character made and now I'm spending this weekend with the same issue.
