PS3 and PC characters are different? :O

So, I'm trying to log into FFXIV from my PS3 because that's where i have my early access code registered, tried logging into my character from 1.0, and it tells me that the "service account cannot be used in this enviornment." I really need to have an early access code for both platforms to use my character i've had for almost 2 years? -_-

IIRC it should have given you access to both if you registered a PS3 early access code on a 1.0 account.

Also, do you have a link that explains how to do that? I can't seem to figure it out...
