Stuck at black loading screen when entering quest instances/duties

same and its annoying

Still black screen on main story instance quests. Maintenance didn't fix the problem

Quest: Nouveau Riche
Area: South Shroud
Server: Leviathan

People all standing around because no one can get in

I am having the same trouble. This quest is in the way of me getting a chocobo. They need to fix this pronto!
