Downloading Client for 1.0 purchasers/legacy early access

I was fortunate enough to download the client during the final phase of beta. However a buddy (V1.0 purchaser/Legacy) of mine didn't have enough time to mess with beta phase 4 at the time due to the professional world and thus never downloaded the final version of FFXIV:ARR.

Is there a place somewhere that he may download the finalized client other than the beta site (which is down down)? I've looked all over the FFXIV:ARR website only to find broken links and hair ripping disgruntlement.

i"m in a similar boat as your friend. there should be a place to re download it but obivously cant find it. hopefully we wont have to wait til Tuesday to download the client again
