Questioning about Collector Edition 1.0 Registration/Cancellation

Hi guys, and my apologies if this argument is posted elsewhere. I need informations about registration codes, and specific, cancellation.

I'm an old player from 1.0, and I have the Account in EU-Region (because three years ago, I was in Europe). I played betas with no problems, but yesterday I bought from the NA-Store a Pre-Order code, with the Early Access code.
What happened? The system told me that I wasn't in the same Region as the Account. And that's right, sadly I didn't remember.
We can't edit our Account information on the Management, so the only option was to get a code from the EU-Store.. I tried, but it didn't work either. The system told me I wasn't able to purchase a Pre-Order code because I was in another Region (I'm living in the Americas).

So this is my situation. Support Centre advice me to do a new Account with 'The Americas' in the Region section, and my concern now are..

If I do a new account (NA) can I use my 1.0 CE Codes that I use on my old Eu-Account (if I cancel it)?
