Lightning Content - when will it be available?

I wonder if there is any info on when the Lightning Content will be available?

My bet is it will be available at JP release.

Dang, I was hoping it would be a little sooner. I thought it might be used as kind of a advertisement to get people hyped on the new game.

I had heard a rumor of it starting as early as a week after launch so that would put the date around September 2nd.

That's when Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns will be released.

The content for FFXIV must be released sooner otherwise it wouldn't make sense saying 8 months before release that we will have an small event where you can get Lightning and Snow costume

What exactly is "Lightning Content"? That sounds amazing...
