Cant login to new lodestone

i got this msg when trying to login the new lodestone today,
"Use of the Lodestone requires a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account with at least one character.
Please log-in again after you have created a character in-game.”
i guess non legacy V1.0 player need to wait for aug27 to login lodestone or server problem? i am sorry if i asked in a wrong forum, but since i couldn’t login lodestone the only place i can ask is here :(

Are you going to the right site? The new lodestone has a different address than the old one. The new one is http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/

yes i did login to the right site, the old lodestone work for me, but that site is for v1.0 use
