Apologies if there's been a solution to this problem posted already, I have searched and searched and haven't found a solution. I've also tried e-mail support for the SE store in a couple different locations, but have yet to hear anything back.
I'm a non-legacy 1.0 CE player, so I pre-ordered the PC digital download standard edition a couple days ago from the EU SE store to get early access. I received an e-mail confirming my order (and I was charged) which told me I would receive another e-mail with my early access code, but I never got a second e-mail (and no, it's not in my junk mail).
The only solution I've found on these forums is to contact support immediately, but haven't found any way of contacting them apart from e-mail, to which they haven't responded...
