I hired two o.o not sure if it takes money~ do they cost money daily?

Hi, what are the conditions to be able to hire a retainer? Is there a certain level to reach or a quest that needs to be completed first?

I hired a retainer during closed beta. If any money was taken from me, the amount was minimal. Pretty sure the service is free, though. If you want to be 100% sure, you can check it from Active Help.

You gain access to retainers after reaching a certain point in the story, I was around 18-19 when I reached it.

Yes you have to reach a higher level from the start, so wait for it but you will see where to hire them in the main city.

Retainers don't cost money, they're just storage/auction houses.

Is it true that you can customize them completely?
