So I know in the live letter it said we can transfer with a fee after 2-3weeks. Do we have a definitive source that states this will be open to legacy players moving to non-legacy servers? Want to play with friends on EU server as I'm locked to NA atm. Dunno whether to start new character or play my legacy guy until (hopefully transfer).
