missing account o.O

hey people,
my friend bought the game when it came out and then left for a while untill the game fixed a few basic issues,
and when he came back it says he hasnt registerd a code to play the game or even have an account o.O
and when he goes to the SE site to try an register the code he got, it says its already registerd >.>

just thought i would ask you guys before having to bother the SE crew cause i heard they are pants haha

The code may be active on his account but the actual FFXIV account may not be active.

His account could have gotten stolen as well. My LS leader when I first started playing the game had his account hacked within the like the 3rd week of the game, and took him literally 3 months or more to get it back.

when his account tied to his email didnt exist :/
he may have had it hacked then :(
