I finished "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" during Beta Phase 4, which rewards the Butcher's Crown, but I do not know where I must go to obtain the item as it did not appear in my inventory or arrive via Delivery Moogle. Please help! ^_^

I got my Gambler Crown from a NPC in Gridania where Louisoix was, may be try there.

Yeah back in 1.0 you needed to go to the NPC that unlocked that section of achievements in order to get the reward. Hope they all centralised it into one NPC now, would be convenient.
