I need an official tech support answer and not player answers please

My ex husband and I have legacy accounts we participated in the beta phase 3 and 4. I can not access my account anymore because it says I am no longer registered. I have no code sent to me to access the early access. My ex even had the collectors edition of version 1. Can someone please tell me what code Im supposed to use or why I cant access my 14 account anymore please? I know I am not the only one with this issue. Also just a suggestion for the future. If you are going to start an early release it would be a good idea to have people available to talk to at your call centers on the weekend. If you don't then hold off on early access until a Monday.

1.0 CE had a 6 month sub, read that all Legacy got a discount and EA, but now that site has been removed by SE... WTF (check it out, its a link on the bottom of the pre-order page in their store) Its gone now, broken URL...

I feel like all of us Legacy purchasers are being ripped off here, something fierce...

I am in the same scenario. Official correspondence from Square-Enix on how legacy accounts should work has been severely lacking.

A 1.0 legacy account is not good enough for EA. You would have needed to have gone through the Legacy campaign before they shutdown 1.0 to have early access to 2.0 or to have paid the $30 and preordered 2.0.
