Error 2002 - Can't connect

Is this a server congestion issue and just have to wait it out or is there something I can do to fix this?

I don't think it's about congestion, Arillyn. You see, I was trying to log in using my desktop for a couple hours and always got error 2002 in lobby. However, when I tried it in my notebook, I got into it at first try! I'd like some answers too. :(

Blah, my husband is getting the same error. This is so frustrating for sure. Devs please give us an answer. Let us know if there is something we need to do to get rid of this error.

If u are on pc try to use vpn it will work

Thanks for the Spotflux heads-up. I installed and then now I can log in. Not the fix we need but at least a work around for now. Thanks again!

Same for me, DEVS PLEASE FIX THIS FOR US!! THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE BETA TEST PHASE 4 FOR ME. I mean really, do I need to use CAPS to look like I'm screaming to get attention from the Devs?

Please, kindly, I beg you to help us get past this error and play the game! We paid already and devoted a lot of our time for this game and my only temporary solution is to use a VPN, but this still doesn't solve my problem because VPN is NOT free either.

yes it's temporary but this vpn is free Spotflux just download and play until we know the solution
