Leveling the second (or next) job...

Hi,
so i played my archer to 20 in the open beta. My friends just started today , so i thought i d just lvl my char as a pugilist with them.

But my problem is i already ran out of quests at about lvl 10 in and around Ul'dah.
My friends always get new quests after they finish their storyline quests which i dont have. Seems like the story quest unlocks quest hubs, which i dont get now.

So am i missing something here? I read somewhere that you could easily lvl 3 classes with the quests ingame..but already without quests at lvl 10 with the second class seems a bit strange.

get to lv15 and spam Levequest XD. or use the duty finder to que up for guildhest

each city zone has more than 1 noob area, try there

For your second class, you get an additional 50% exp. doing class quests and hunting logs will allow you to level up until you get levequests. They're basically repeatable quests that adjust to your level. After about 15 levels you can do dungeons for exp.

Look for FATEs as well, they give you a good chunk.

Just do FATEs and your hunters log. I got up to 15 on my GLD and CNJ in phase 4 in like 3-4 hours by just doing FATEs and hunters log and then rode dungeons to the cap. Using Levequests on a battle class is probably the biggest waste of your levequests unless you need to pop a HL Mob :P. GL

Hunting Logs are an excellent source of EXP, especially if it's for a second class. The greater the disparity between your main class and your other classes, the greater the EXP bonus you'll receive for taking on another class. Also, I found LeveMetes to be easy EXP. FATEs can also provide significant EXP boosts as well.
