Has everyone been experiencing very long load times. You will try to enter an instance for main quest , the screen will go black and just sit there.I have been looking at a black loading screen for 5 minutes now. Debating on if I should re log in. Any ideas?

got this problem too
I think the instance servers are messed up. I understand that is is affecting instances and dungeons.
Duty Finder server is off... just ALT + F4 and wait the server back...

or you can simply do a /logout
got the same problem and /logout does not work :(
