Error 10102 Unable to log in 3102'd Character

Character: Madchen Jager

I am able to log onto a character on a JP server. I am able to create a new character. I am unable to play there character that I want to play which was 3102'd while zoning into an instance during Phase 4 beta.

I'm pretty close to a point where support has failed and I am going to just delete this character so I can play with my friends for the early access since y'all don't seem around on the weekend... But at this point my Amazon preorder has been canceled. I wasn't annoyed about Phase 4 Beta but when I'm gonna pay for something, it better work.
