It won't let me login even though I have a legacy account

I have legacy status, when I try to login to the game it tells me ......

No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.

* Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013. Using the code enclosed with your package, please complete registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.

So I go there and it wants me to put in a preorder code. But I preordered/purchased this game back in 2010, I don't have a preorder code.

Help??

My friend, we both started on the same day (original release day) is able to log in no problem!!

My friend had this problem, and then I described to him what legacy status really is. XD

Please explain what the legacy account means and where can i find this? I have two characters that say they are legacy... but i can't log in.

Legacy means you paid for 3 months subscription after the game went pay to play in 2012.

Same Issue. Have legacy account, and says "no active service account". Please fix this Issue.
