Did not receive 20 digit Windows access code

Redeemed my early access code during Beta, but never received the 2nd 20 digit Windows code. Nor did I get an email to confirm it.

When I go to my old account I see FFXIV there, but if I go to the new account page it says I have 0 games.
If I log in the launcher it tells me I need to have a valid Final Fantasy XIV account.
If I try to redeem the code again in the hopes of getting a 20 digit code I get Error 2.

How do I get the 2nd code I need so I can play this game?
