Developers, Mods, GMs! Please fix this Linkshell with no leader problem!

Because of the small amount of members allowed in to a Linkshell without any ability to kick/oust them, the Linkshell I am part of is constantly "refreshing" (Leaving the old Linkshell and migrating in to a new Linkshell).

During one of our refresh, the leader "Azra Falan" of Istory, accidently left the Linkshell instead of retiring it.

This is where it gets confusing, because we like to keep the same name.

The Linkshell without a leader is called "spawns again". Our current Linkshell that we want to keep is called "Spawns Again" with a capital S & A.

The Linkshell we are unable to get rid of "spawns again" is interfering with our website and we need to get rid of the Linkshell without a leader.

Please help.

So let me get this straight, the game allows a leader to resign from a Linkshell, but then the Linkshell becomes "leaderless" and no admin functions can be preformed on it? It does not assign a new leader or disband automatically?
