Early Access code linked to new service account???

I entered my PS3 early access code the other day into the website and everything went through fine, game updated fine an everything, but now when I login, it says my early access is attatched to a new service account that I didn't create. Service Account 3 is the one in question. My characters are on service account 2, and when setting up the early access I know I selected service account 2 because I seen the character names on the selection, and service account 3 did not even exists. Any assistance would be much appreciated, thank you.

Edit: when I try to use the other account it says;

This service account cannot be used in the current envornment. Use of an account from multiple platforms requires proper registration for each platform. Visit the Final Fantasy XIV: Mog Station (http://sqex.to/Msp) for more information. (which doesn't exist yet)

I was only given a code to register for ps3 even though I am a 1.0 player coming from PC, I am only trying to log into ps3. I guess I will try to login to pc real quick, maybe that will work.

Same issue here, why does SE always have such convoluted and confusing account creation system...

Here's hoping they'll get back to me before early access is over...

Thank you, Thank you . I will have to wait to receive the SE fix email but that should be good. Good thing I caught it now and not on launch day.

I got the choose which service account I want my PS3 EA to be registered.
don't you got it? or did you click accidentally on "create new service account"?

over 3 hours later, no news... anyone else had more luck reporting this and getting EA assigned to the right service account?
