Character on the wrong server.

My character from 1.0, Nyxi Eryth, never had received her server transfer from the applications. She's currently on Ridill, but I had put in a transfer for her to be on Hyperion.

I've called and had a ticket put in along with receiving an email saying I'd get a response within 48 hours. That was nearly three days ago now. I'd really like if this would get cleared up since the support center is not open on the weekends. I was really looking forward to playing with my friends, but that didn't happen. ):
