Why do I have 2 service accounts to choose from and neither has my beta 4 character!

When I select Start from the main menu options it asks me to choose one of two service accounts Ido not recall making a second separate account seeing as I only pre-ordered one copy. I then login to the first one to get this message "THis service account cannot be used in the current environment. USe of an account on multiple platforms requires proper registration for each platform." error code 3108

Which is strange considering I have only used the Ps3 at my home have not played this
game anywhere but here. So how do I fix this issues and where is my character?
When i select the second account it logs in but with zero characters and I have the option only to make anew one. So I am confused about why I would have two accounts in the first place and why the one that is functional doesnt have any of my beta 4 characters?

I am in the same boat. I think somehow my P4 beta character is stuck on the first one. I can see my old legacy char from 3 years ago on the second one. Where is my beta char SE?????

I am facing the exact same problem. It isn't just you..It's everyone. PS3 got shafted. :'[

same boat, maybe we should temporarily deactivate the one that doesntw ork and try with the 1st service account? i may try this out

Yeah, the first service account is phase 4. Just dies. :/

ok and i have a LOT of beef with this issue, after spending 2.5 hours on hold i finally talked to a SE guy and he CONFIRMED multiple times that my character data was in fact in my XIV2 service account... this is ridiculous

I'm guessing no chance on transferring that char over .... ARRRGGG full rest XP on that guy

I'm having the same problem as well. This is annoying as hell, since my friends are already on and playing.
I would rather not have to remake my Beta Phase 4 characters. Ive got one with a few jobs at 15~20 already.

anybody try deactivating the XIV2 account and then try loggin in with service XIV1?
