Legacy player but unable to play Early Access

Just like the title says, I'm a ;legacy player and have played beta 4 with legacy perks but I can't seem to to gain entry to early access. A code (if there ever was one being mailed to legacy players) is needed and I wasn't mailed/notified of one. I reviewed threads concerning legacy perks and one of them was that you WILL gain early access if you've bought 1.0 in the past and subbed. Am I the only one with this problem?

No, I am Legacy status as well and am experiencing the same issue. I played all through Alpha and Beta with no issues. I never recieved an early access key either. :( Not too happy with SE right now. this is NOT what I woke up at 5:00am EST to do.

same here...and for some reason my forum bullcrap says I started augest 2013...that's so not the case my account was active a little after the game came out then months later so on and so forth so im confused as shit why I don't have legacy and stuff atm

I can't log in to FFXIV right now. It says "no valid or active service account is available to play final fantasy xiv: a realm reborn".

I am a Legacy status member, having done the beta test (including phase 4) on a PS3. My square-enix.com profile has the "legacy" icon next to the FFXIV account, and it says the account is active. I was not informed of any further registration that I'd have to do, of any kind. I thought the same account with the same software would just continue to work right now. And of course, there's nothing for us to purchase.

I have not linked my PSN account to the Square-Enix account, because I can't find out what that does or why anyone needs to do that. Even if I did, I don't know how to do that. I don't know if that's relevant. Is it?

Seems like I'm having the same issue. Bought the game at 1.0 launch paid enough to get my abandoned chars Legacy status and now its telling me I don't have an active service account? This is going to ruin my weekend i'm sure.

Please keep the power source at the same place and follow my thread instead plz:
