Game client crashing?

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue: I am able to log in to the client, even though it is lagging, and click play. But when the client shows up it goes black then crashes and windows asks me to close it.

Also, having a tough time connecting to Square-Enix.com/The Forums here.

Yes I do, and I have no idea how to fix it. Makes me a bit angry.

I have the same problem.

I already tried to run it in support mode with vista/xp etc. but nothing working.

I'm reinstalling the game. Lets see if it works.

Good luck with that. Happy downloading almost 9 Gig again.

Similar error here, except it crashes before I can even get to the login screen.

EDIT: Just got online. That error seems to be a connection issue with the server which just shuts the client down.

Just Email-Support available, yaaaaaay. Sure I wait 3 weeks for an answer.

Just have to wait. Keep trying to quit and log back in. No need to uninstall

Meh. Still doing the same stuff for me... Just keeps crashing once the game comes up. Maybe a re-download would fix it but just re-downloading will take me 3-4 hours.
