Able to Log on and get start up screen but no play optoin

Was able to get to the start up screen where you can pick Play, Movie, Config etc. watched the movie thinking maybe we had to watch it to activate play but no joy.

No chance to access my level 16 character or play at all, making any changes like to config causes and Error to the Lobby and close

NA/EU section, my character was on Coeurl.

I had the same error but restarting the launcher fixed that particular error...still getting unable to update the Group Eu/NA character list though :(

Yep me too, so i started a new one on a JP server and am now at 8 again
