No Valid or active service account is available to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm reborn.. This happened at the beginning of the last beta test too.. I tested via beta and we were informed if you were involved in the beta test you didnt have to purchase the game yet this is now an issue so what is going on. Could someone fill me in via email syrhottie78@yahoo.com thanks..
Here is a tip, never give out your email on a forum, always take it to private message, not only could someone spam it with ads and other profound subjects, it would be very easy to get personal information from your email via hacking.
Sorry to hear of your problems, would you be so kind as to clarify if you have preordered the game or not?
So because you have the answer to his problem weighs on the fact he can't play early access?, to funny.... the op i figure would be smart enough to know that he can't play early access if A) he did not become legacy member.. B) or did not input the preorder code so he could get the early access. Assuming those were the answers you were going to shovel into his head, is there any other reason why he can't?

I am having the exact problem, I preordered and everything but that message keeps coming up, were we supposed to get a secondary email from them as well?
I didnt pre order I was part of the beta test and according to what the company said anyone who was could play early access.

Exact same problem as you guys, but well documented.
it even says so on the game client that anyone who was in the beta can play early access yet its not working
