WHERE IS THE FREAKING CLIENT DOWNLOAD??!?

I had to reformat my CPU and now its telling me the beta forum is down.. where do i download the client again??!?!?!?!?! or do i have to wait until it comes back up? im lost

Did you check your email with your code for early access? That will have a link to the client download...

Do you have the CD Rom of the game?

Maybe if you download it, it will patch up into 2.0.

Now I know this only works for the official release, but might worth a try to see if it will patch up for early access?

now im getting some bullshit script error that isnt letting me go past the accept terms.. i cant click NEXT.. why does this game hate me so much

Try updating IE to the latest version - regardless whether you use this as your default browser.
I had the same issue come up trying to open the beta client a little while ago.

go to file "FFXIV_BOOT.cfg" in C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

open a blank notepad document, drag "FFXIV_BOOT.cfg" file into the blank notet document and make the text inside look like this (basically changing the two agreement lines from "0" into "1"):


<FINAL FANTASY XIV Boot Config File>

<Version>
Version 2
Language 1
Region 2
EulaAgreement 1
StartupCompleted 1
B4EulaAgreement 1

Save, then restart launcher, you should be ok to proceed. Hope it helps.
