Sorry to make a whole thread for it but I'm getting different answers from various places, including different sites. At first I heard and assumed it was at 2am est, now I'm seeing 5am pop up here and there.

*edit to add* I launched the game and it's downloading a patch that's estimated to take 30 minutes. Others might want to check for this as well.
