Hello, I have two service accounts on my account and i couldn't access my legacy account(service account 1) so during beta i was forced to make another one. The second doesn't have my collection items(1.0 or ARR) is it going to be possible to transfer my character (name:King Enix, World: Malboro) to my legacy account (service account 1)? Thank you

Isn't it? we haven't found anything for sure yet ...
I had the same issue, talked to support and basically you're stuck keeping your legacy account and starting a new character, or sticking with your new character without legacy

You: I have my 1.0 CE key, onion helm key, early access key, and promo code on hand also if that will help
Agent Daniel A: I would recommend, from looking at your account, not cancelling service account #1.
Agent Daniel A: You will receive a free download of A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition on that service account.

I have same issue. Under confirm service account I have a FFXIV -2 without my character, without legacy status... just a blank service. Under FFXIV-1 I have legacy, toon and so on but it's not listed in the service! I report the issue to SE support and waiting for help. Think is best we can do and since many of us are having this issue hope they fix it quick!
