I'm sorry for this, but i just want to make sure

I've pre ordered the Digital version of FFXIV collector's edition in square enix site. I've redeemed my code and somehow only the moogle cap and cait sith is on the checklist,

I know in CE version, the code for the items will come in the physical copy of the game box.

But what about those who purchased digital version? Will it be automatically be sent in our mail after i logged in later? Or I still have to wait for an email with another code for the ce in game items? because early access will be starting a few hours from now and i still haven't got my mount and other in game items exclusive to CE owners

I'm assuming we won't be able to use ARR registration codes until the 27th or when the Mogstation launches. Once you register your actual copy of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition you will get access to your digital bonus items.

Some people already have their bonus items listed on their account because they were 1.0 Collector's Edition account holders which come with the same bonuses as the 2.0 Collector's Edition.

If you go to the Top page of the forum and look at Dev notes you may find your questions answereed there, they have responded to a lot of questions there in detail. Sorry I can't answer your specific question, but you can always try to see what happens when the servers open. If you were part of the beta and have the game files you will have them already to go. But according to one long post I saw from Yoshi San, any gift items we are due from various plans go live as soon as that plan or form of the game goes live in our account.

That is correct^

Yup you will get a 2nd code to enter in another e-mail or on the site you bought the digital copy. Enter that when you get it and bam you will have your new items.
