Preorder + Legacy Character not showing

I'm a CE 1.0 individual with a Legacy Character, but no Legacy account. I preordered the PS3 normal quality version to receive EA. I registered my preorder code to my account and linked my SE account to my PSN account yesterday. Today I try to login to my windows version I used for P4 beta but it gave me an error about no active service account. So I tried to login to my PS3 client and successfully was able to update the client. It asked me to confirm some items including my preorder bonuses and character data. The character data shown wasn't my re-rolled Legacy character though (which is shown on the left) but an extra P4 beta character I created during the 3102 issues. Is my Legacy character still linked to my account? :confused:
