Dual-Boxing or Multiple Windows Copies

Re-Editing Again..

So apparently my research skills are crap at the moment. From what I have read, it is not possible to link more than 1 Windows copy to the same account.



Before someone freaks out, I'm only running two so I can minimize downtime when waiting on people I'm not trying to be the next gil farming Lalafell herder.

I have yet to find any kind of response or solution to this. The game is designed to run up to 3 clients simultaneously on the same machine as per http://support.jp.square-enix.com/fa...5&id=5382&la=1

That said, my trouble is that my 1.0 account shows one copy and the other copy is on some completely different site and the 1.0 account no longer has any option to register codes.

I would assume any couples that are playing off the same account may have faced this as well so any help anyone can lend would be greatly appreciated.

Can't say for sure but the link explains it:

*The "FINAL FANTASY XIV Service Center" website will be available after the game is launched. Please note that the website can only be accessed by those who purchased FINAL FANTASY XIV and registered a service account.

So, I think you'll be able to set it up only after the launch. I was hoping they would allow it for EA, but I think it will be only on the 27th

I think you are right, which is kind of a bummer, I wanted to drag this account around as I explored but I guess I have to wait. No biggie...
