ERROR 3 Please try again later, when trying to redeem code on PC?

Is this common?
I went and preordered, then logged in, with the account I already have registered.
It brings me to the redeem area.
I select PC for the platform.
I click "Redeem"
It asks "Are you sure"
I click Confirm..

Then I keep getting an Error 3, please try again later?


I hope this doesn't affect EA..


EDIT:
Just keep spamming your code every 10 mins.
It will eventually work.
Mine did anyway..

I just kept spamming it, until it worked.
