Hi, when registering promotional code for early access, I chose wrong platform - PS3 instead of PC and I can't enter received serial into PC registration form.
I've submitted helpdesk ticket and been waiting almost 3 days for reply.
Can I get Windows registration code instead of this useless PS3 code?
You will need to contact customer support directly to get this issue resolved as there is no work around, which can be done by customer. This is why people should take the calm, read and not rush when it comes to this kind of situation ;)

You unfortunately will need to wait until customer support are open. They are working through this weekend, so you will be able to get in touch with them.
There is customer support, but right now they're likely swamped with people contacting them about various things.
I really hope they're able to help you soon, but I don't want to sound mean, this was actually your mistake, not theirs.

I mean, only other thing I could think of is trying to pre order the game again and register a new account.
This is incorrect. My friend and I both tried on his account to use an early access code designated for PC, we carefully clicked on the PC link and when double checking and making sure confirmed only to receive the PSN download instead. There is an error happening on SE's side that is distributing the wrong codes.
